Layers’ is a story about ideas and dreams and their materialisation in the physical world in the countryside of Latgalia, eastern Latvia. They are visions and plans that have clustered and ‘landed’ on the ground in an appearance of different and extraordinary buildings like lakes in Latvian tales that fly in the sky until they find their right place on the ground.
